Aldar sells over 660 residences at debut Dubai project

Developer Aldar Properties of Abu Dhabi has declared that, within 72 hours of the project's debut, more than 660 apartments at Verdes by Haven, the apartment complex inside the Haven by Aldar masterplan in Dubai, had been sold.Aldar's first project in Dubai, co-developed with Dubai Holding, is called Haven.

The developer in Abu Dhabi stated that 83% of sales are made by foreign purchasers and expatriates, with the top three foreign markets in terms of sales volume being those with Indian, Egyptian, and British passports.
The remaining 17% of sales are attributed to UAE nationals, who also showed considerable interest in the development.
Male purchasers complete 72% of units purchased, while female buyers account for 28% of sales. It also noted that 88% of sales are to first-time homeowners, and 56% of buyers are under 45. These figures demonstrate the growing size of Aldar's clientele both domestically and internationally.
