Dubai is set to enhance its retail landscape with the development of a new community shopping mall, valued at Dh210 million. This mall will cater to the diverse needs of residents and visitors, offering a range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The project reflects Dubai's continued growth and commitment to providing high-quality amenities and infrastructure to its population.
Construction on the shopping complex has begun and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
The project, which has a built-up area of around 339,000 square feet and a gross leasable area of over 115,000 square feet, will feature a variety of amenities such as a supermarket, gym, play courts, a soft play/entertainment zone, and different restaurants offering a wide range of food options. It will have 35 retail stores and food and beverage outlets, as well as more than 10 dining options.
Ravi Menon, co-chairman of Sobha Group, said the mall will offer multi-tier retail stores, gourmet dining, and diverse entertainment options. “Beyond a retail space, the mall is designed to be a pivotal hub for community engagement that offers an ideal blend of nature, culture, and recreation that will elevate the living quotient of community members and visitors,” he said.
